1. How long is the order processing time?

It depends on the product. For floor markings, it is up to 2 working days, for tapes 3 working days, and for other products up to 5 working days.

2. How can I place an order?

Please send your orders to office@tli.group. In your order, please indicate the quantity of the product, the code of the product, and the selected colours. The order, in addition to your company’s data, should include contact information of the reference person.

3. Is it possible to create any markings (custom markings)?

Yes, within the limits of the maximum size – i.e. the width of 650mm.

4. Is there a minimum quantity of products per order?

You can order any number of products.

5. How to prepare the surface for application of the markings?

Before applying the markings to the surface, the surface needs to be cleaned and degreased.

6. What kind of product should be used to degrease the surface before application?

Use solvent or petroleum naphtha to degrease the surface.

7. How to remove adhesive residue?

It is very easy to remove with solvent or petroleum naphtha.

8. Will the markings work in high traffic conditions?

The markers are resistant to standard forklift traffic.

9. What is the lifetime of the markings?

It depends on the conditions in the hall. The best conditions include a smooth surface, no contamination such as large quantities of dust, grease, etc. We invite you to test our markings by ordering samples or test batches.
